Victoria joined Which? in 2016, prior to this gaining seven years of experience working in the legal expenses industry. Victoria manages a number of our legal advisors, assisting them with a range of issues so they are able to best support our members, from consumer matters and holiday issues to neighbour disputes and matters arising out of tenancy agreements. Victoria makes sure that the team continues to develop their knowledge and skills whilst providing an excellent customer journey for our members
