Duncan joined Which? as an employment law specialist in May 2018, and he is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Duncan qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, and he has over 15 years experience advising on all aspects of employment law.

Duncan utilises the experience and insight he has gained, advising both employers and employees, to help our members understand their rights and options to try to resolve their issue with their employer, and, if necessary, to pursue matters further.
