Paula qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and has spent the majority of her working life involved in the Charity Sector.  Paula specialises in Landlord and Tenant and Consumer law.

Paula re-joined Which? in 2024 having worked here previously. Paula loves helping people identify their legal rights so they can use these to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
